We participated in the founding of the first Property Owners' Committee in China in 1991 and proposed the revolutionary idea of "collective governance", a property management model combining the self-governance of property owners and the knowledge of a professional property manager.
Shenzhen Vanke Service Co., Ltd. ("Shenzhen Vanke Service") was founded and started offering residential property services in 1992. At the time, it was a China Vanke subsidiary.
Shenzhen "Ludan Village" project was the first public bidding in China's property management industry, and Vanke Property won the bid.
Obtained the First-class Qualification Certification for Property Service Enterprise issued by the Ministry of Construction (MOHURD), and became the first batch of first-class qualified property management enterprises in China.
Vanke Group formally established the Property Management business unit.

Property service APP "Zhuzher " has launched to connect residents with broad Internet service providers to diversify service content. In the same year, Vanke Property's CRM system and Call Center were also officially launched.
Launched "Rui Service 1.0" system which digitalize Vanke Service standard business process management accumulated over 20 years. It can be applied to other property service companies by using Internet technology.

"Sun, Moon and Stars" is a huge Tang tricolor craft ceramic mural with 119 meters long on the fence of the community.
