I. Purpose

Onewo Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Onewo", "The Company" or "we") issues this Policy to underscore the Company’s environmental stewardship principles and practices throughout the full lifecycle of our operations. We are committed to embedding environmental considerations across all business management processes, identifying environmental risks and impacts, setting environmental objectives, and continuously improving environmental performance. The Company will provide the necessary resources and information, formulate, monitor, and periodically review environmental policies and targets, with the aim of minimizing the environmental impact of our business activities.

II. Scope of Application

This Policy applies to all employees and service personnel of Onewo, including part-time and outsourced staff, and covers all business activities of the Company and its subsidiaries. It also extends to our suppliers and business partners across the value chain.

III. Responsibilities

To ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Environmental Management Policy, the Company commits to regularly evaluating and monitoring environmental performance, and taking necessary improvement measures based on evaluation results. All environmental management activities are subject to the oversight and guidance of the Board of Directors, the Company’s highest decision-making body. The ESG and Climate Change Response Management Committee and ESG Office are responsible for ensuring that the Company’s environmental commitments are fulfilled and for driving continuous enhancement of environmental performance.

IV. Our Initiatives

Continuous Improvement and Target Management

Compliance with the Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, as well as other national and local environmental regulations, is ensured, and both internal and external environmental audits are conducted in accordance with the ISO 14001 environmental management system standard. We are committed to continuously enhancing our environmental management capabilities through the following mechanisms:

l Establishing an operational assessment system oriented toward energy conservation and carbon reduction to drive improvements in energy efficiency, green building operations, waste minimization, and resource recycling;

l Setting environmental performance targets — including greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions intensity, energy efficiency, and the share of renewable energy — and integrating them into annual management objectives;

l Reviewing performance annually to adjust targets and action plans in line with external developments and business conditions.

Energy Management

Regular energy audits are conducted to identify opportunities for improving energy performance, with quantitative targets established to address energy efficiency challenges. We have established an energy management platform and implemented refined and intelligent measures, including pilot projects on energy consumption, enabling gradual energy retrofits across managed projects to reduce operational energy consumption, with progress regularly evaluated. Meanwhile, we actively promote the use of clean energy sources such as photovoltaic and solar thermal systems in managed projects, integrating the application and innovation of green energy as a core part of our management practices. We will also increase investment in innovation and R&D, committing to developing and applying new technologies to further decrease energy consumption and advance sustainable energy management.

Water Management

Regular water use assessments are conducted to set clear targets for reducing water consumption and identifying opportunities to improve water efficiency. Through optimized management practices and advanced technologies, water-saving measures are continuously improved and water pollution is reduced in daily operations. We routinely inspect and address issues such as leakage and abnormal discharge to ensure the efficient use of water resources. Furthermore, we employ smart management solutions to enable scientific oversight and comprehensively increase the utilization efficiency of water resources. We place high importance on water recycling and actively promote the use of rainwater harvesting systems, along with the introduction of innovative technologies such as smart irrigation systems, to further reduce water consumption and protect aquatic ecosystems.

Waste Management

Transparency of waste data is ensured through regular audits and verification, with waste management targets formulated, tracked, and periodically reviewed. “Zero-waste” initiatives are promoted across offices, communities, and other scenarios, supported by waste-sorting pilot programs to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements. At the same time, Onewo strengthens communication and collaboration with government agencies, industry associations, and partners to jointly enhance waste management standards and to explore and promote innovative solutions at the community level. In addition, we adhere to the 3R principles—Reducing, Reusing, Recycling—and strive to minimize waste sent to landfill. All waste is processed by government-designated or professionally licensed contractors, with priority given to environmentally sound disposal measures for hazardous waste to ensure safe and compliant treatment.

Employee Engagement

Regular training on energy and emissions reduction, waste management, and water efficiency is conducted to help employees understand the potential environmental impacts of their activities. Employees are encouraged to adopt green office practices, reduce waste generation, and improve resource recycling rates. The Company continuously fosters a zero-waste office culture, enabling employees to take effective actions in daily work to reduce environmental burdens.

External Communication

Feedback from external stakeholders — including customers, property owners, industry associations, and regulators — is actively collected and incorporated to continuously refine environmental management strategies and implementation practices. By publishing ESG reports and updating progress on initiatives such as energy management in residential and commercial properties and "zero waste" communities via the official website and WeChat public account, we enhance stakeholders’ understanding of our environmental policies and actions. In addition, we have organized

community-based environmental activities to strengthen engagement and collaboration with stakeholders, jointly advancing environmental management standards while exploring and promoting innovative technologies and practices across managed projects.

V. Review and Revision
This Policy was approved by the Company's Executive Management. The Company will review and update this policy periodically, or at least annually, in response to changes in national laws and regulations, operational realities, and performance assessment outcomes.
