We are committed to enhancing the satisfaction and trust of stakeholders such as community residents, property owners, and partners through transparent communication, collaborative governance, and humanistic care, realizing community mutual benefit and sustainable development under the strategic vision of an "Ideal Place".

2. Principles

This policy upholds the principles of symbiosis, fairness, and transparency, promoting collaborative governance with local stakeholders, safeguarding the rights and interests of vulnerable groups, and regularly disclosing community governance effectiveness.

Chapter 2: Scope of Responsibility

This policy applies to all employees of Onewo, service teams (including part-time and outsourced personnel), suppliers, and partners, covering all streets and communities where the company manages various projects, including residential, commercial, enterprise, and urban service projects.

Chapter 3: Responsibilities

This policy has been reviewed and approved by the Executive Management and reported to the Board of Directors. The ESG Management Committee and the ESG Office are responsible for promoting the implementation of the policy, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement. All business units and project managers shall ensure the effective implementation of this policy in community management practices.

Chapter 4: Stakeholders and Management Measures

1. Identification Scope

This policy focuses on administrative streets and community spaces in the era of urban stock renewal in China, identifying the following three core local stakeholder groups: Firstly, government regulatory bodies within the administrative governance unit (Urban Management/Housing and Construction), sub-district offices, neighborhood committees, property owner committees (including preparation groups). Secondly, space user entities, covering representatives of permanent and floating residents, owners of commercial real estate, local enterprises and merchants (including individual vendors), public service institutions (schools/hospitals/elderly care homes), etc. Thirdly, collaborative support entities such as community NGOs, third-party professional organizations (planning institutes/social work organizations), and media. Simultaneously, this policy pays special attention to vulnerable groups such as residents in old residential communities, low-income families, persons with disabilities, elderly living alone, small and micro businesses, and ethnic minorities.

2. Stakeholder Engagement Measures

Communication Mechanism Development: Establish diversified and regular community communication channels, including government-corporate-resident representative multi-party joint meetings, owner meetings, online platforms (e.g., "Zhu Zhe'er" APP, "Tiancheng" mini-program), community bulletin boards, etc., ensuring timely and transparent information dissemination. Conduct regular resident satisfaction surveys, collect and respond to opinions and suggestions from community residents, and promote service improvement.

Community Activities and Cultural Development: Organize various community cultural activities (e.g., festival celebrations, environmental public welfare events, health lectures, neighborhood markets, "Puli Festival"), enhancing community cohesion and cultural identity. Promote themed activities such as "Zero Waste Community" and "Green Low-Carbon Community", guiding residents to participate in sustainable community building.

Collaborative Governance and Co-construction: Guided by the government and community, encourage multi-party participation in community governance by residents, tenants, merchants, etc., establishing community co-governance committees or similar mechanisms for joint decision-making on major community matters. Maintain good cooperative relationships with external organizations such as sub-district offices, neighborhood committees, and owner committees, collaboratively promoting the improvement of community governance levels.

Complaint and Dispute Resolution: Establish standardized and efficient complaint handling procedures, ensuring each complaint receives timely response and proper resolution. Utilize digital platforms ("Wang Zhe'er" app/mini-program/discussion mini-program) to collect opinions from residents and other parties. Establish dispute mediation mechanisms to resolve community conflicts through third-party mediation, multi-party consultation, etc., maintaining community harmony.

Community Services and Support for Vulnerable Groups: Provide convenient and high-quality community services, including property maintenance, convenience services, elderly care, child daycare, etc., enhancing residents' quality of life. Promote the application of digital and intelligent service methods within communities, improving service efficiency and user experience. Advocate for resident participation in the community common prosperity fund, directing a certain percentage of annual profits from the Friendly Neighborhood Program towards community/public welfare expenditures.

Information Disclosure and Transparency: Regularly disclose information on community management effectiveness, environmental performance, activity plans, etc., through channels such as ESG reports, community announcements, and online platforms, enhancing the transparency and credibility of community governance.
