No Deforestation Commitment and Policy

Onewo Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Onewo”, “the Company” or “We”) fully recognizes the significance of forests for ecosystem stability and biodiversity conservation. We are committed to eliminating the risk of deforestation in our business activities and value chain and reducing the negative impact on the ecosystem.
1. Policy Endorsement
This policy has been reviewed and approved by the Executive Management and reported to the Board of Directors of Onewo. The Company's ESG Office and supply chain procurement management departments are responsible for implementation.
2. Commitment
To protect the forest, Onewo promises:
Ÿ End all deforestation (no gross deforestation): By 2030, end all deforestation activities related to our business activities and value chain. Specific measures include:
Ø Conduct forest-related impact assessments on existing businesses and take measures to reduce the impact on forests.
Ø Implement green procurement and orderly promote the purchase of products with FSC forest certification.
Ø Sign green contracts and sign "no deforestation clauses" with suppliers of cleaning and landscaping services.
Ÿ Offsetting with future reforestation (no net deforestation): By 2050, we will offset the forest losses caused by our business activities and value chain-related activities through reforestation. Specific actions include:
Ø Collaborate with local communities to jointly carry out forest restoration projects.
Ø Support or participate in the country's forest reconstruction and restoration projects.
3. Scope of Commitment and Policy
Our commitment and policy of no deforestation cover our own operations, suppliers and partners. We actively work with suppliers and partners to protect forests and reduce the negative impacts on forests.
4. Supervision and Reporting
This policy has been reviewed and approved by the Executive Management and reported to the Board of Directors. Based on the development needs of the community, changes in policies and regulations, and feedback from stakeholders, the supply chain procurement management department and ESG Office will initiate an update review by April 20th each year, and complete the update and release of this policy by June 30th to ensure its continuous effectiveness and applicability. We will promptly disclose our actions and achievements in protecting forest resources through public reports.
