Statement on the Implementation and Assurance Mechanisms for Sustainability Initiatives

— Sustainability Statement of Onewo Inc.

Sustainability is not only an important expression of corporate social responsibility, but also a critical foundation for long-term, resilient operations and sustained value creation. In recent years, the Company has continuously established and enhanced policies, systems and management requirements covering material sustainability topics, including occupational health and safety, climate change, business ethics, employee development and risk management, and has integrated them into the full spectrum of its business operations and management processes. At the same time, the Company places strong emphasis on the effectiveness of policy and system implementation and is committed to building a closed-loop management mechanism spanning strategic decision-making, oversight and management, and operational execution. The Board of Directors regularly reviews progress on sustainability-related initiatives and provides oversight and guidance on material topics and the achievement of relevant targets; management is responsible for coordinating and driving implementation; and each business and functional department assumes specific implementation responsibilities in accordance with its mandate. Through mechanisms covering target setting and management, supervision and inspection, performance assessment and continuous improvement, the Company strives to translate sustainability requirements into concrete actions and tangible outcomes that support high-quality development.

I. Occupational Health and Safety Management

With respect to occupational health and safety, the Company has formulated and implemented policies including the Health and Safety Policy — General Principles and the Health and Safety Policy — G4 Initiative. These policies apply to all employees, outsourced service personnel and business partners. The Company has also established mechanisms for employee and employee representative participation in the development, review and revision of such policies. Through institutionalized and regular communication channels, employees are able to exercise their rights to be informed, express views and provide recommendations on health and safety matters.

The G4 Initiative is a key program in which Onewo has invested to reduce deaths caused by sudden cardiac arrest, with the core objective of reducing unnatural deaths within the spaces it serves. The Company provides cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training to customer-facing personnel, promotes the deployment of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) at service sites, and recognizes and rewards employees involved in lifesaving incidents. These measures enhance the emergency response and rescue capabilities of service personnel across different types of service spaces.

In production safety management, the Company reinforces accountability at every level and stipulates that the principal person in charge of each operating entity is also the person with primary responsibility for production safety within that entity. The Company has established the Occupational Health and Production Safety Management Committee (the “Health and Safety Committee”) as its highest governing body for production safety. The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer serves as Chair of the Health and Safety Committee and as the person with primary responsibility for the Company’s occupational health and production safety, overseeing the formulation of related policies. The Company has also established the Occupational Health and Production Safety Management Office (the “Health and Safety Office”) as the day-to-day executive body of the Health and Safety Committee. Through planning and oversight, specialized training, meetings, inspections and assessments, proposal review, and accident investigation and response, the Health and Safety Office supports the achievement of the Company’s occupational health and production safety objectives.

Each business unit of Onewo has established a corresponding management structure, forming a top-down accountability framework with clearly defined responsibilities at every level. The Company continuously tracks policy implementation and target achievement through regular reporting mechanisms. Onewo is committed to requiring each business unit, taking into account its business characteristics, to continuously improve and pursue certification of its management systems in strict accordance with the requirements of ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. Occupational health and safety targets are incorporated into performance-related remuneration for management personnel at all levels and into the performance assessment systems of operating units, thereby integrating accountability with business management.

The Company conducts six company-wide spot assessments on health and production safety knowledge each year and assigns health and safety performance scores to management personnel at all levels. Strong performance is rewarded and underperformance is subject to penalties, with assessment results directly linked to the performance bonuses of management teams and persons responsible for production safety. Health and safety competence has also been incorporated into the qualification requirements for management positions: personnel who fail to pass the annual certification examination may not continue to hold management positions; where a work-related fatality occurs at a project under their supervision, the highest-ranking manager at the relevant level will be removed from office with immediate effect. These measures significantly strengthen management accountability and awareness of production safety responsibilities.

II. Climate Change and Low-Carbon Development

To address climate change, the Company independently developed Carbon Beat, a carbon emissions management platform based on the operational control approach. The platform covers all entities and operating facilities over which the Company has operational control and enables dynamic carbon emissions data collection, monitoring and analysis, providing data support for emissions reduction target management and business decision-making. Its organizational greenhouse gas inventory system and accounting model are fully aligned with ISO 14064-1 and the GHG Protocol and have been assessed and certified by China Certification Center Inc. The Company’s greenhouse gas emissions data are subject to third-party verification and recorded on blockchain for traceability. In 2025, the Company formally published its carbon reduction targets and implementation pathway on its official website, thereby subjecting its progress to stakeholder oversight.

At the climate governance level, the Company includes ESG and carbon management matters on the annual Board agenda, regularly reports progress to the Board, and receives Board oversight and guidance on strategic direction, target implementation and key initiatives. The Company has also incorporated the objective of “becoming a leading enterprise in energy-saving applications” into the key priorities of its three-year business development plan. The Planning and Development Department tracks progress monthly, and relevant targets are included in the performance assessment systems of responsible departments as key performance indicators. In accordance with the three-year business plan, LinkX, Onewo’s smart low-carbon solution for urban space governance, will become a principal product through which the Company provides green and intelligent services for urban residential communities, industrial and commercial parks, and public spaces.

In addition, the Company actively expands its energy-saving products and solutions business, focusing on the research, development and application of energy-efficient products for central air-conditioning systems, building lighting and elevators, thereby creating green value for both the Company and its customers.

To further strengthen accountability, the Company plans to complete the development of a digital internal carbon pricing system in 2026, enabling quantitative management of the carbon performance of middle and senior management. From 2027 onwards, the variable remuneration of senior management will be linked to the internal carbon pricing mechanism, with corresponding incentives and constraints applied based on the achievement of emissions reduction targets. This performance-based approach is intended to encourage management to take a more proactive role in climate action. The Company also continues to advance low-carbon operational practices.

From 2026 onwards, new corporate vehicles will, in principle, be new energy vehicles, including hybrid vehicles. The Company is expanding the use of paperless seals and progressively phasing out the direct use of fossil fuels, including in boilers. Each year, the Company presents dedicated ESG, energy conservation and emissions reduction awards at its annual conference, providing monetary rewards and honorary recognition to teams and individuals that make outstanding contributions to green innovation, energy efficiency and emissions reduction practices. The Company also continues to strengthen climate change and energy conservation capabilities by providing dedicated training at Onewo’s quarterly MA Conference for management personnel across all operating units. These initiatives enhance awareness of low-carbon management and strengthen the capacity to fulfill relevant responsibilities, supporting the coordinated achievement of the Company’s carbon and business objectives.

III. Industry Leadership and Social Impact

Building on the management of carbon emissions from its own operations, the Company actively exercises industry leadership and collaborates with government agencies, university think tanks and social organizations to promote green space development and the low-carbon transition across society. In 2025, the Company joined the Center for Environmental Education and Communications of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, Tsinghua University, and the Institute of Climate Change and Sustainable Development in launching the “Beautiful China · Green Space Users Initiative.” The initiative solicited leading green space use cases nationwide. Following expert review, selected cases were compiled and published on Chinese- and English-language official websites, systematically showcasing innovative practices in green space development and low-carbon operations and providing replicable and scalable references in support of China’s carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals. In 2026, the Company further deepened this collaboration by joining the Policy Research Center for Environment and Economy of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment to launch the “Distinguished Green Users for Space (DGUS)”. The initiative invited research institutions from major domestic securities firms, including Guotai Haitong Securities, to independently assess listed companies’ performance in green operations, low-carbon disclosure and public advocacy in accordance with the Evaluation Guidelines for Beautiful China · Distinguished Green Space Users. It aims to encourage more listed companies to proactively disclose information on green practices and to enrich the ESG disclosure framework of China’s capital markets. Through these initiatives, the Company has not only strengthened its own carbon management capabilities, but also encouraged upstream and downstream value chain partners and the public to participate in emissions reduction, generating a positive demonstration effect across society.

IV. Outlook

Going forward, the Company will continue to deepen the integration of sustainability into business operations and management and further enhance its accountability, oversight and assessment, and incentive and disciplinary mechanisms. For priority topics such as occupational health and safety and climate change, the Company will continue to optimize its performance assessment system and use the achievement of relevant targets as an important consideration in evaluating management’s fulfillment of responsibilities and determining performance incentives. Teams and individuals demonstrating outstanding sustainability performance will be recognized through performance-based incentives, special awards and honorary recognition. Where responsibilities are not fulfilled as required, resulting in management risks or adverse impacts, the Company will pursue accountability and corrective actions in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. The Company believes that only by fully embedding sustainability into strategy formulation, business decision-making and day-to-day management can it achieve the coordinated enhancement of corporate, social and environmental value and create long-term sustainable value for customers, employees, shareholders and society.
